From Conventus' professional point of view, the conceptual preparation of a congress encompasses the reflection of the course of events (what, when, where), compiling a budget plan and determining the primary aims of the expert association or the congress chairman.  The planning of a congress, in particular the task and time schedule, is based on extensive, detailed discussions with the client as well as on comparative data of previous comparable events. The plan is formulated in more and more detail as the event approaches and continually updated. The implementation of the tasks and deadlines which had been agreed upon between the client and Conventus will be ensured by Conventus’ friendly, but also consequent and thorough management of the preparation progress.
