Certification
The certification for the congress has been submitted for:

All attendants are required to sign the certification list near the check-in daily for certification.
Certificates of attendance may be picked up upon leaving the congress at Check-In.
Scholarship
The Society for Virology will award scholarship to 10 PhD students who are member of the society and engage actively in shaping the scientific programme of the Annual Meeting. This scholarship will amount to EUR 200 and is intended to cover conference fees and related expenses like fares and accommodation.

- confirmation of registration for the Annual Meeting,
- copy of submitted abstract and
- confirmation of acceptance for oral/poster presentation.
Scholars will be informed by the end of February. Please note that candidates whose abstracts were accepted for oral presentation will be considered first.
Industrial exhibition
The annual conference will be accompanied by an extensive, specialised industrial exhibition. Interested companies are invited to request information on the exhibition modalities from the conference organisation Conventus.
