Poster presentation
The presenting author (or a designated representative colleague) ought to be present on the day/time the section of his poster is taking place.

Requirements for poster

The size of your poster has to be in accordance to DIN format A0 (84,1 cm width x 118,9 cm height) and should not be laminated. Mounting materials will be provided at the poster board on site.

Assembly and disassembly of the poster
Please assemble your poster on Monday, 10 September 2012 until 10:40 a.m. The dismantling of the poster has to be finished on Friday, 14 September 2012 until 11:10 a.m. Please adhere to the schedule.

Publication of abstract
Your abstract will be published within the programme as submitted. You can find your abstract according to the new ID given within the programme.

 

Guidelines and recommendations for abstract submission

Please keep to the limit of 2.500 characters for an abstract
Please note that abstracts should contain not more than a maximum of 2.500 characters. In order to meet this requirement, we kindly propose that abstracts should be prepared in MS Word and copied into the abstract submission system afterwards.

Acception of abstract
The scientific committee will review the abstracts. A number of abstracts will be selected as oral presentations in the sessions of the meeting. Information about acceptance and type of presentation will be given by the end of June 2012.

Registration

Once the abstract is approved main authors commit themselves to attend the congress. Regular registration is obligatory and binding and implies payment of the registration fee.

Step-by-step to your abstract submission

  1. Please create your own account under "Author sign up". You will then receive an e-mail containing your access key.
  2. Please log in with your access key and your email. Click "Abstract Submission" and follow the indicated steps.
  3. After successful abstract submission you will receive an email confirmation.
  4. You may log in at any time to submit more abstracts or to make changes to abstracts already submitted until the abstract deadline.
