Advices for Abstract Authors

1. Submitted abstracts must not be presented or published elsewhere than
    within the scope of this meeting.
 
2. Please keep to the limit of 2.500 characters for an abstract (not including
    spaces, names of the author and abstract title).

3. If the abstract contains charts, diagrams or graphics, please choose a gif- or
    jpg-file for abstract submission. You may submit up to two graphics each
    abstract with a maximum of 500KB each graphic.

4. In addition, the following structure of the abstract must be strictly adhered to
    in order to be admitted for reviewing:
    1.     Question
    2.     Methods
    3.     Results
    4.     Conclusion

5. The scientific committee of the SBMC will review the abstracts. A number
    of abstracts will be selected as oral presentations in the scientific programme
    as well as presentation during the poster session.

6. Main authors will be sent an E-Mail or a letter to inform about whether the
    abstract was accepted or not. If accepted, the exact time of presentation will
    be assigned.

7. Once the abstract is approved main authors commit themselves to attend
    the congress. Regular registration is obligatory and binding and implies
    payment of regular registration fees.
