Dear Sir or Madam,

Aachen is situated in the heart of Europe, where European integration and collaboration has a long history and tradition. It is a great honour for me and my team that we have been selected to host the X^th Anniversary Spring  Academy of the German Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (VDAEPC) in cooperation with the German Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (DGAEPC). It is therefore the perfect timing to extend our annual national Academy by incorporating the 3^rd meeting of the European Association of Societies of  Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (EASAPS) to harmonize within the European idea.

We have assembled a comprehensive programme with a large number of plastic surgeons, physicians and scientists from all over the world providing a platform where latest aesthetic surgical techniques, clinical advances and most current research findings on this year’s topic “Liposculpturing – Face and Body” will be presented and discussed. Furthermore, an instructional course with live surgery and an additional benchwork lab course with stem cell isolation is an integral part of this year’s co-joined meeting.

Thank you very much for your commitment and effort to be an active part of this year’s meeting. We are looking forward to inspiring discussions together with our renowned national and international guests.
