By Car
General map of LeipzigCongress Center Leipzig (CCL)
The CCL is located at the fair ground in Leipzig, which is easily to reach via the highways A14 and A 9. The Airport Leipzig-Halle is only 10 minutes away.
Parking space for about 380 cars is provided at the CCL. Daily fee for a parking lot is at 5 Euro.
Ancient city hall
The ancient city hall is located in downtown Leipzig at the market.
Bio City Leipzig
The Bio City in Leipzig is about 3,9 km away of Leipzig central station. Please use the local parking guide system for your search for parking space. Fee for parking range from 0,50 Euro to 1,50 Euro for an hour.
By public transportation
Leipzig central station is in the center of downtown Leipzig. In order to reach the different congress venues you are allowed to travel by local train, tram and bus.
Attention:
Your name badge of the congress allows the use of public transportation in the Leipzig local area without any costs (Zone 110). This ticket will be valid from October 7 - 10, 2009. Please check the local network plan for trams and buses.
Plane
Congress Center Leipzig (CCL)
There is an airport express service, which shuttles from airport to central station every 30 minutes. You can use this service in order to reach „Leipzig – Neue Messe“. From here it is only a 10 minute walk to the CCL.
The use of a taxi from the airport (Terminal B) to the CCL costs about 25 Euro; time for the transfer depends on traffic and takes about 15 minutes.
Ancient City Hall
From Leipzig central station to the ancient city hall it is only a 10 minute walk.
